The article will be dispatched after the payment made by the client has cleared.

Clash Bags will not be liable if the buyer does not provide a correct address.

Due to the digital format of the photographs, we can not grant that the pictures are exactly reflecting the real products.

All attempts to deceit will be reported to the Police.

DELIVERY TIME

For in-stock items:

- Delivery time within Spain is 24 hours.

- EU countries is 2 to 5 working days.

- For deliveries outside EU will be from 7 to 9 working days.

We reserve ourselves against sold out products, and if only a part of your ordered is in stock, we will ship what is available and inform you.

SHIPMENT

Shipment fees of both purchases and returns are to be paid by the customer. Shipping is always Certified with a tracking number.

You can confirm the delivery of your parcel here or through your local postal service (service available only once the package has arrived into the destination country).

- Free domestic shipment within Barcelona, Spain. Please, contact us.

- Shipment fee within Spain is 8.00 € (below to 1 kg.).

- Shipment within the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 18.00 € (below to 1 kg.).

- For shipments within EU countries and worldwide please contact us.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In case of loss or damage of the item during shipment to final destination, the customer will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original conditions.In any case the shipping amount payable by the customer.

In case of return it will take an exemption of 20% value of the item. Customer will be refunded 80% value paid provided that the good is returned in the same condition it was delivered. If the product is returned damaged, the customer loses the right to change and receive a refund.
Reimbursement will be made upon reception of the item and after having determined it to be in its original conditions.


QUALITY CLAIMS

The customer is entitled to claim and to return an item if it is sent damaged from origin, or if an incorrect model is delivered.

A defect caused by normal usage of the item does not entitle the client to fill any claim.
No claims of items quality acquired after 6 months of purchase will be accepted. In the event of a claim, the customer should contact info@clashbags.com and explain the reason of the claim. Please attach images of the defective product to facilitate the claim.

After the claim is accepted, return and reimbursement charges will be paid by Clash Bags.
After claim reception and approval, the client has the following options:
a. If possible, the item should be repaired and returned to the customer.
b. If the item cannot be repaired, the company will send a new product. If the product cannot be repaired and is sold out, we will refund the money.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately to the package delivery company.

If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact to us.

NON COLLECTED DELIVERIES

A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and we get it in return, we will charge you for the costs arisen.

PERSONAL DATA

According to Spanish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data.

All the information you give us or that we get through your visit of our site will be handled by Clash Bags in trait of responsible of personal data.

The information will be used to enable us to fulfill our business responsibilities to you and in marketing purposes. Clash Bags will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party in marketing purposes unless you agree to it.

If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant you have the right to request them to be corrected or deleted.

FORCE MAJEURE

If Clash Bags fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then clash-bags cannot be held responsible.

IMPLIED ACCEPTANCE

Once a purchase has been made, it is understood that the customer accepts the conditions described above.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are in Euros and exclude shipping and handling rates. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal.

All prices include spanish VAT. Orders from countries outside the EU, do not include Spanish VAT. Local VAT will be applied depending upon the country.
